I'm a cheater...or so I'm told.

Those of you who know me know that I received my MBA (Master of Business Administration) in December of 2002. Now, those of you who know me WELL know that I hated the whole year and a half I was in school but I didn't hate the MBA program itself. (Well, there was that one teacher...). Anyway, according to this article, MBA students supposedly cheat more than students in any other program of study. Now, don't get me wrong, I am sure there was PLENTY of cheating going on in some classes (especially that one Finance teacher...see above comment) but not by me and not by the people I was paired with. How exactly do you go about determining that one particular group of people are the biggest cheats? Personally, I find that conclusion to be a bit offensive but I do get where the author is drawing his conclusions. Based on the unethical business practices that have made headlines in the past couple of years, who wouldn't think that business students are the biggest bunch of cheats alive. But, lets be honest. All programs of study have students who cheat. It isn't right but it is the truth. I really don't think you can say that one group of people are the biggest liars. But, that is just my very personal opinion on the matter.

Hateful? When I worry about Ben? That's caring.

I have no doubt that you were honest, but I agree with you that there are dishonest people in all fields. I've even heard many teachers admit to their dishonest tactics in their undergraduate college work and even in their graduate work--hard to imagine, huh?
