Happy New Year!

Everyone else seems to be commenting on the new year, experiences from 2006 and expectations for 2007. I guess my blog wouldn't be complete without the same. Ben and I celebrated the new year in Gatlinburg. We headed up Friday night after work and we came home last night. We had a really good time. We went to Ripley's Aquarium and to the Wonderworks. It was so much fun. We really didn't plan anything, we just kind of did what we wanted (as long as our pocketbook allowed!).

Sunday afternoon we went to the outlets and I bought a new journal. I seem to start a journal every year but I don't really keep up with it. Ben asked me if this year was going to be any different. I really can't promise that it will be but I am going to give it a shot. This has been a big year for me. Ben and I have been married two years. It is hard to believe. January 15th will be four years with Southern Patient Care and that is hard to believe as well. I think this is going to be a big year; it is hard to explain, just take my word! Anyway, I hope all of you had a good New Year weekend and I hope this new year will bring you many blessing and much happiness!

Hard to explain? Does that mean Ben Jr. will be here this year?

I knew you (or someone else) was going to say that, but let me be the first one to tell you that no, there will be no Ben Jr. this year. Sorry to disappoint.

Oh, well, I was going to say what Paul said, but I guess you've answered that question! HA! HA! Happy New Year!! How was Wonderworks? Jared and I wondered how it was. We did go to the Hoot N' Holler there. Let me know! We might go there sometime.

My guess on the big mystery has something to do with real estate????

Wonderworks was a ton of fun. I thought it was too expensive but once we got it there, it was worth it. Of course, I can't see in the dark and to get in, you have to go thru this inversion tunnel that makes you feel like you are upside and it is pitch black...yeah, I almost fell right there. I had to grab the rail and I almost pulled Ben down with me. My balance is not the best, especially in the dark!

You never know what it could be. I don't even know, I just think this will be a big year...sorry there isn't a deeper meaning!

Hey. I was thinking kiddo as well. I'm trying to get a blog up and started myself. Maybe we can keep in touch easier this way :)

Well I am just going to be honest, I thought the same thing as everyone else. The year is still young, maybe you will change your mind. It is a good thing you do not have any pressure! I hope this will be a big year for you & Ben!
