Ok, people. You know the rules; no white after Labor Day! Ha ha! Ben gives me a hard time because I am always saying "why is she wearing white?" Doesn't she know it is after Labor Day? Guys just don't understand.
We are at mom and dad's this weekend. A good time has been had by all. I am getting ready for Kim's baby shower next weekend. I wanted to "make" something for Kim so mom helped me. I am very excited about the shower. I think it will be good. Ben and Meredith played with Ben's new Nintendo Wii this weekend. I think Meredith has already requested one for Christmas but I think she is barking up the wrong tree. We went to Evansville Saturday and did a little shopping for the baby shower, ate at our favorite Chinese restaurant, and stopped by the flea market.
Well, mom is calling. She made biscuits and gravy....yummo! Got to run!

hey Rachel! Glad you got my blog address! I'll add yours to my list too. You sure have grown up since I saw you last.....did you know that my 20 year class reunion is this month? I'm not going, it's too far.
You should check out the Melinda Evans Update blog from my site regarding the Susan Kome walk. I participated with that group last year and unfortunately, Melinda just passed away a few weeks ago. Still hurts because I couldn't grieve with my friends. I love the name you picked for your team and best of luck with your fundraising!!
Take care and I look forward to catching up. :)
What have you done to Ben, We cuold never get him to go in a Chinese resturrant, much less eat there.
Ha ha! He doesn't like it but he will go in and he will eat. He did ask me if he wanted an egg roll. I said no, you don't but you do want the soup! (It was too good for him to pass up. The rest of us ate his soup for him!)
I am so with you on the white after Labor day thing! I have already put my white shoes, clothes, and purses up. I. too, always look at people and wonder why are they still wearing white? Emily Post, the queen of ettiqutte says this is a NO. lol A few weeks ago i told Pam to hurry and wear the rest of her white clothes before Labor Day, but I don't know if she will listen! lol
