Final Cake Class
Erin and I went to our final cake class today. I know it is going to sound silly but I really enjoyed it and I am sad that it is over. I must admit, however, that I won't miss making threes batches of icing every week! I am going to take "off" the month of March but I will start Course II in April. It should be fun. Here are a couple of pictures of my final cake. It turned out pretty well.

Will you make a cake for my class at the end of the year? Don't forget, I let you use my shower and iron the other day. Ha.
I'm serious about the cake though. I'd be the coolest teacher around 'cause of you.
Very nice... do you freeze dollups of icing on wax paper, freeze it, and eat it later... I SO WOULD!

The pictures don't do that cake justice. It was deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelicious!
